Situated in the Spanish town of Los Montesinos on the La Herrada Urbanisation, the villa is 35 minutes drive south from Alicante airport or 30 minutes north from Murcia, it is the the perfect accommodation on the Costa Blanca for your holiday.
Ideally situated in a quiet cul de sac of 6 villas, with no through traffic, this 3 bedroom Costa Blanca villa rental, is just outside the Spanish town of Los Montesinos on the Costa Blanca, renowned for its wonderful beaches, good restaurants, golf courses and recreational facilities.
The property is in a select area with a number of small restaurants and bars within walking distance.
On the South-facing front of the villa, steps lead from a large open terrace to a private 6m x 4m swimming pool boasting roman style steps and underwater lighting, there is a private sunbathing terrace together with an outside shower.
Herrada Villa is on one level and internally it comprises of a large lounge/dining room with wood burning stove. The villa has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Guests have the choice of three bedrooms,comprising of two doubles and a twin bedroom plus two bathrooms complete with shower toilet and bidet (one of them en suite). At the rear of the property is a large separate BBQ terrace complete with stone table and chairs with seating for 6/7 people and a gas BBQ complete with all the tools. The villa is fully airconditioned throughout and has Wi Fi internet access.
The garden area is well stocked with several palms and cactus plants.
All the rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard.
