Rental Rates & Terms

Rates quoted are INCLUSIVE prices and include full use of Wi Fi Internet, and air conditioning. Prices also include full laundry and cleaning charges on leaving the villa.

PLEASE NOTE We can offer a discount on rental rates for parties of less than 5 guests.

Prices also include all towels for the villa, PLUS beach towels for use by the pool or days out at the beach.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE HELD OUR 2009 PRICES FOR 2010!!, WE ARE ALSO OFFERING A FURTHER 5% DISCOUNT OFF TARIFF PRICES FOR ANY BOOKINGS CONFIRMED AND DEPOSIT PAID FOR BY 31ST DECEMBER 2009, PLUS A COMPLIMENTARY WELCOME BASKET.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve our villa.

A security deposit against breakages/damages of £200 is due on payment of the final balance, this will be refunded to you, within 10 days of your completed booking.

For arrivals after 6pm, a 10E fee is payable locally direct to our keyholder upon handover of keys

Payment Terms

A non refundable deposit of 25% is due within 5 days of reserving the villa, and the outstanding balance plus the refundable security deposit is payable 6 weeks before your arrival. Payment can be made by either cheque or bank transfer, (full payment details are including in the booking form sent to you).
